Summary

  • We can’t fully delete accounts or erase all personal data.

  • We must retain certain records for legal, AML, and audit purposes for the required retention period.

  • If you want to stop gambling, Self-Exclusion (SE) is the safest option.

Your options

  • Self-Exclusion (recommended)

    • Durations: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent.

    • During SE: you can’t log in, can’t deposit, and we stop marketing to you.

    • Permanent SE is final.

  • Account closure (indefinite)

    • We close your account and stop marketing.

    • You can ask to reopen later, subject to checks.

    • If you feel at risk, choose SE instead.

Data and privacy

  • We retain limited personal and transactional data as required by law and our regulator.

  • We restrict processing to compliance, security, and record-keeping purposes.

Available Balance and withdrawals

  • If you have a remaining balance, we’ll process it under our standard withdrawal and KYC checks.

  • If a review is pending, we finish it first, then apply SE or closure.
