Voided bets (what it means and when it happens)

When and why bets settle as void

Updated over 2 months ago

A void bet settles at odds 1.00—your stake is returned to your balance. No win, no loss.

When bets are voided?

  • Match cancelled/abandoned
If the event doesn’t start or can’t be completed, related markets are usually void.

  • Postponed or moved
If an event is rescheduled or the venue changes and it no longer meets our settlement rules, affected bets may be void. (See House Rules for sport-specific windows.)

  • No resulting outcome
Markets that can’t be graded—e.g., Draw No Bet ends level, or a stats market where no result can be confirmed—are void.

  • Participant withdrawal
For markets requiring a specific player/team to participate (e.g., tennis retirements, fighter withdrawals), bets can be void per sport rules.

  • Incorrect offer (palpable error)
If a market was listed with an obvious error (wrong teams, impossible price), we void bets on that offer.

Note: Markets already and correctly settled before a suspension or abandonment remain valid.

Parlays / multis and Same-Game Multis (SGM)

  • Parlay / Multi
A void leg becomes 1.00 and the parlay continues with the remaining legs. Payout is recalculated from the valid selections.

  • Same-Game Multi (SGM)
If any leg is void, the entire SGM is void (stake returned). SGMs are custom markets built on one event.

Live (in-play) notes

  • If a market has already met its settlement condition (e.g., First Goal Scorer scored; Over 0.5 has a goal) before the interruption, that bet stands.

  • If the settlement condition hasn’t occurred and the match is later voided per rules, the bet is void.

Quick examples

  • Draw No Bet ends 1–1 → bet is void.

  • Team A −1.0 and match abandoned at 60’ → void (unless House Rules state otherwise).

  • Parlay with three legs; one match postponed beyond the allowed window → that leg 1.00, parlay recalculated on the other two.

  • SGM (Team A win + Player X to score) and match cancelled → entire SGM void.

How you’ll see it?

  • Ticket status: Void / 1.00.

  • Stake returned to your account.

  • Any Cash Out taken earlier stands; once voided, Cash Out won’t be available on that bet.
