Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?

Withdraw the same way you deposited

Updated over 3 months ago

Short answer: No. You must withdraw using the same method and the same currency/network you used to deposit. This “return-to-source” rule protects you and meets AML requirements.

FIAT → FIAT

  • Card deposit → same card or bank transfer (account holder must match your Betski profile).

  • Bank transfer deposit → bank transfer (same-name account).

Crypto → same crypto (same network)

  • Deposit = Withdrawal for each asset. No cross-asset or cross-network swaps.

  • Examples:

    • BTC → BTC

    • SOL → SOL

    • USDT (same network) → USDT (same network)

    • XRP → XRP (tag/memo required)

Supported crypto on Betski

  • BNB, BTC, ADA, DOGE, ETH, LTC, XRP, SOL, USDT, TON, TRX, USDC

Not allowed

  • BTC deposit → SOL withdrawal

  • Card deposit → BTC withdrawal

  • USDT on one network → USDT on a different network

  • Any third-party or mismatched-name method

Special cases

  • Expired/lost card or closed bank? Contact Support. We may switch your payout to a bank transfer in your name after extra checks.

  • Method temporarily unavailable? We’ll guide you to the closest equivalent on the same rail (e.g., card → bank transfer).
