If you think someone else accessed your account, tell Support — we’ll lock it while we verify.

Forgot your password

  • On the login page, select Forgot Password.

  • Enter your registered email and follow the reset link.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.

  • Still stuck? Email [email protected] or contact Live Support.

Lost access to your registered email

  • Contact [email protected] or Live Support.

  • For your security, we’ll temporarily lock the account and run a verification.

  • Once verified, we’ll update your email and restore access.

Lost your Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA)

  • Contact Live Support.

  • We’ll verify your identity and reset 2FA.

  • After access is restored, set up 2FA again and store backup codes safely.

Verification: what we may ask for

To protect your account, we need to confirm you’re the owner. We may request:

  • Full name, date of birth, and username.

  • A photo ID and a selfie for a one-time match.

  • Recent account details (e.g., last deposit method and date, last 4 digits of a card if used, or a transaction reference).

  • Billing address or phone number on file.

We’ll never ask for: your password, full card number, or any recovery seed/backup phrase.

After recovery: secure your account

  • Change your password and store it safely.

  • Re-enable 2FA and save backup codes.

  • Log out of all devices from your account settings.

  • Review recent activity and contact Support if anything looks off.

⚠️ Important: We can’t unlock or change anything until verification is complete. This protects you and your funds.
