What to upload (by method)?
1) Bank card (named card)
Upload a clear photo of the physical card showing:
Your full name
Expiry date
First 6 and last 4 digits (cover the middle digits)
CVC must be fully covered (do not send the back of the card)
The cardholder name must match your Betski account.
2) Bank card (unnamed card)
If your card doesn’t show your name, upload a recent official bank/card statement (PDF only) that shows:
Your full name
The same card number (first 6 and last 4 visible)
The bank’s name/logo and issue date
3) Interac e-Transfer
Upload a bank statement (original PDF or photo of a paper statement; no screenshots) showing:
Interac deposit(s) sent to Betski (our payee)
Your full name
Bank name and account number
4) Bank transfer (bank account)
Upload a bank statement (original PDF or photo of a paper statement; no screenshots) showing:
Your full name
Bank name
Account number
The transfer/deposit made to Betski (if available)
Tip: For prepaid/virtual cards, provide the issuer statement or card account statement that proves ownership and the card number.
Document standards
Original photo or PDF only (no screenshots, no edited images)
Fully legible, in color, with all edges visible
Shows issuer/bank name/logo and issue date
Issued within the last 3 months
In Latin (international) characters; add a certified translation if needed
Uncropped and unedited (no redactions beyond card-number masking above)
How the review works?
We confirm ownership and that the method matches your account.
If anything is missing, we’ll ask for a new image or an additional document.
For higher-risk cases, we may request SoF/SoW later. You only need to provide them if we ask.
Common issues & quick fixes
Screenshot uploaded → Replace with an official PDF or a photo of a paper statement.
Details cut off → Re-capture with all edges visible.
Blurry/dark → Retake in good light; clean the lens; avoid glare.
Card digits not visible as required → Show first 6 + last 4, mask the rest.
Name mismatch → Use a method in your name or provide proof of ownership.
