Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Protect your account with 2FA

Updated over 3 months ago

Why 2FA?

  • Adds a one-time code sent to your email at login.

  • Stops access even if someone knows your password.

Turn on 2FA

  1. Log in to Betski.

  2. Top-right menu → My AccountSecurity.

  3. In Two-Factor Authentication, switch ON.

  4. We send a 6-digit code to your verified email.

  5. Enter the code and click Confirm/Save.

  6. You’ll now need an email code each time you log in or make security changes.

During login (with 2FA ON)

  • Enter username + password.

  • Check your email for the 6-digit code.

  • Enter the code to finish login.

Didn’t get the code?

  • Check Spam/Junk and search “Betski code”.

  • Tap Resend code after 60 seconds.

  • Confirm your email is verified (My Account → General).

  • Make sure your inbox isn’t full and that [email protected] is allowed.

  • Still no code? Use Live Support or email [email protected].

Best practices

  • Keep 2FA ON at all times.

  • Do not forward or share codes.

  • Update your email if you change providers (My Account → General).

Lost access to your email

  • Follow Recover your account (password, email, or 2FA) from the Help Center.

  • We’ll verify your identity, update your email, and restore access.

Turn off 2FA (not recommended)

  • My Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication: OFF.

  • Confirm with a fresh email code.
