New to betting? Start here. Below are the main ways you can place a wager at Betski.
Straight bet
One game, one outcome.
Moneyline — pick who wins the game.
Example: Team A to win.Point spread — the favorite must win by a set margin; the underdog can “cover” by losing close or winning.
Example: Team A −3.5 means Team A must win by 4+.Total (Over/Under) — bet on the combined score.
Example: Over 2.5 goals.Asian Handicap (AH)
A point spread that can use whole, half (±0.5), or quarter lines (±0.25, ±0.75).
Quarter lines split your stake across two nearby half/whole lines (e.g., +0.25 = half on +0 and half on +0.5).
Results can be win, half-win, push (refund), half-loss, or loss.
Popular in soccer; check the bet slip for exact settlement and whether overtime counts.
Parlay
Combine 2+ picks into one bet for a higher payout. All legs must win or the parlay loses.
Example: Team A to win + Over 2.5 + Team C +1.5.
Same Game Parlay (SGP) / Same Game Multi
Combine multiple picks from one game (e.g., Team A ML + Player X Over + Total Over).
All legs must win to cash.
Correlation rules apply (some combos aren’t allowed).
Availability varies by sport/market; check the bet slip.

Round robin
A simple way to place many small parlays at once. You choose 3–8 selections; we create every parlay combo you select (By 2’s, By 3’s, etc.). You can still get a return even if one leg loses.
Example: Picks A, B, C with “By 2’s” creates three 2-team parlays: A+B, A+C, B+C. A $10 stake on “By 2’s” = $30 total ($10 × 3 parlays).
Teaser
Like a parlay, but you move the spread/total in your favor on each leg (fewer points needed to cover). Payout is lower than a standard parlay because it’s easier to win.
Example: Tease Team A from −7 to −1 and move Over 44.5 to Over 38.5.
Pleaser
The opposite of a teaser. You move the line against yourself (harder to win) for a higher payout.
Example: Team A −3 becomes −9 (tougher line, bigger potential return).
If bet
You risk a fixed amount on Leg 1. If it wins, the same amount goes onto Leg 2 (and so on). If Leg 1 loses, the chain stops.
Example: $50 on A. If A wins, $50 rolls to B. If A loses, B never places.
Action reverse
A set of If bets in both directions, covering every order of the selections. More coverage than a single If bet, more total risk than one straight bet.
Futures
Bet on an outcome later in the season. Prices can be big because you’re betting far in advance.
Examples: League champion, MVP, win totals.
Props
Bet on specific events or stats within a game or season.
Examples: Player to score, QB passing yards Over/Under, first team to 10 points.
Tips
Check your bet slip before you confirm.
For combos, know how many legs must win.
Manage risk: parlays pay more because they’re harder to hit.
