Key bonus rules (read this first)
One account per person, household, IP, and device. Multi-accounting or using VPN/proxy to appear as multiple users is not permitted.
Bonus eligibility is personal and non-transferable. We may limit eligibility by country, payment method, or account status.
KYC may be required before awarding, continuing, or withdrawing a bonus.
Each promotion has its own terms (wagering, expiry, max bet, game eligibility, contribution %, max conversion). Those terms apply on top of these rules.
We can withhold or remove a bonus (and associated winnings) if rules are broken or abuse is detected.
Real Balance vs Bonus Balance
When you deposit and claim a bonus, your Total Balance shows both parts:
Real Balance — your cash (deposits and cash winnings).
Bonus Balance — promotional funds tied to wagering rules.
How spending works?
Bets draw from Real Balance first.
When Real Balance reaches $0, bets then use Bonus Balance.
Example
You deposit $100 and claim a 100% bonus.
Real Balance: $100
Bonus Balance: $100
Total Balance: $200
Bets spend the $100 real first. When that’s gone, the $100 bonus becomes active (subject to wagering rules).
Wagering requirements & withdrawals
Each bonus states the wagering requirement (rollover), expiry, eligible games/markets, and contribution %.
Withdrawing or requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering will normally remove the bonus and forfeit bonus-based winnings.
Voids, canceled bets, withdrawals, hedged or opposite-side bets may not count toward wagering.
Game & market contributions (examples)
Sportsbook: only settled bets on eligible markets count; low-risk patterns (below) may be excluded.
Casino: contribution % varies by game/provider.

Max bet, limits, and expiry
Some bonuses set a maximum bet/stake while wagering. Exceeding it can void the bonus.
Bonuses may expire after a stated time; unused/unfinished bonuses will be removed at expiry.
Max conversion / max withdrawal from a bonus may apply; check the promo’s terms.
What counts as bonus abuse?
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage from a promotion, including but not limited to:
Multi-accounting or coordinating with others to claim the same offer.
Using VPN/proxy, device farms, or botting to mask identity or location.
Hedging/covering the same outcome across accounts or sites to create risk-free wagering (e.g., backing both sides).
Low-risk or zero-margin patterns intended only to clear wagering (e.g., heavy favorites + large offsets, correlated/blocked combos, or arbing).
Bet manipulation: delaying bets, exploiting obvious errors (“palps”), or abusing withdrawals/void rules.
Payment abuse: deposits/withdrawals that cycle funds without genuine play; using third-party or mismatched payment methods.
Collusion in peer-to-peer games or any activity that violates our Terms & Conditions or Responsible Gaming standards.
Consequences may include: removal of the bonus, confiscation of bonus-derived winnings, account limits, bonus ineligibility, or account closure (case-by-case).

We reserve the right to audit play for compliance with these rules and the specific promo terms.

Can I refuse a bonus? Yes—deposit without opting in.
Can I keep my cash if the bonus is removed? Your Real Balance is yours; bonus funds and wins from bonus funds may be removed if terms aren’t met.
